We need to take care of our mental health just like we do our physical health. All of us can benefit from learning stress management techniques and coping skills. Use our Self-Care Clock to make time for yourself and others.

Four things you can do today:

  1. Focus on the good, even when life is hard. Look inward at how you’ve grown. Stop negative self-talk.

  2. Let go of the things that you cannot control. There are some things and some people that won’t change, no matter how hard you try to change them.

  3. Write down or keep in mind anything that makes you smile.

  4. Reach out to a friend. Enjoy time together and really listen to one another.
